Graduate Minor in Information Science
Minor Criteria For a graduate minor in Information Science, - Ph.D. students take at least 3 courses at the 600+ level and 1 course at the 400+ level, spanning three different concentrations within IS, - Master students take at least 2 courses at the 500+ level and 1 course at the 400+ level, spanning two different concentrations within IS. A course is eligible to count for the minor if it has an INFO designation, or if it is listed as a required or recommended course and is outside the students major field. Courses have to be taken for letter grade and the minimum grade is B-. At most one of the courses may be a seminar course. The special committee may adapt these requirements to particular students. |
