The Web Lab Hadoop cluster is housed at the Cornell Center for Advanced Computing (CAC). The system is managed on behalf of the Web Lab by Lucy Walle (lwalle@cac.cornell.edu).
Authentication and related services are managed throught the CAC's project management system. New projects should register through the Projects Request system.
The CAC system uses Cornell NetIDs to register users, but with a special password. The Add an ID Form is used to add users to a project.
